Weird Writing Week

This week has been kind of strange for me.

Every time I sit down to write, even with prompts, nothing wants to hit the page. I am feeling a weird paralysis when it comes to writing.

I don’t know if it’s because I set that damn goal last week to sub to all the really difficult to get into mags or it’s because the stuff I did end up writing was just not good enough, or too out there.

I ended up taking a break. I just couldn’t force out garbage, even weird and strange garbage, just because I told myself I needed to be writing.

So that’s my plan. Take a break. Hopefully start fresh on Monday. Wish me luck!
