I was born and raised in Hawaii. I graduated from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, with an MFA in Fiction. I, then, moved to Japan and I have been working, living, and writing here every since.

Born and raised in Hawai’i, I graduated from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, with an MFA in Fiction. Then, I moved to Japan to teach English. I have been here ever since.
Currently Submissions Editor at SmokeLong Quarterly and Editor at Literary Namjooning.
