Remembering September and Rocking October

I wanted today’s blog title to rhyme, but I suck, and it didn’t work, so this is what I came up with…

September was filled with so many awesome things!!

It wasn’t a heavy publication month for me but other great stuff happened so I want to honor those things today.

Publications:

“Tangerine Glow” first appeared in Paragraph Planet, September 28, 2021.

“The One Who Lies in Wait” first appeared in New Flash Fiction Review, September 27, 2021.

“The Warrior’s Heron” in response to Onabanjo of Itu Meko first appeared in The Ekphrastic Review’s Writing Challenge, September 24, 2021.

“Planted in Blue” first appeared in Bandit Fiction, September 12, 2021.

Creating art on the daily and posting to Instagram!

Music:

Took a daily ukulele chord melody challenge, recorded a daily video and posted it to a different Instagram!

October will be filled with more ukulele challenges and I will keep up with the daily art postings! I will also have two workshops and I am hoping for more publications. I have my little Humpty story coming out today with A Coup of Owls. Really excited about that!
