So there is a lot to celebrate this week! I placed third in the 2021 Novella-in-Flash Competition held by National Flash Fiction Day! I am so ecstatic about it!!

I also had my first publication of the year at jmww with my creative nonfiction micro Of Being accompanied by my art:

I have also received acceptances from Anti-Heroin Chic, Ruby Literary Magazine, and Lost Balloon Magazine this month and I am hoping for more but I have also earned myself about $15 in the rejection jar. You take the good with the sad.

Currently, I am taking Nancy Stohlman’s Flash Flood: Write a Flash Novel which has been awesome and generating new work for me!!
