My Brain Is Empty Today

It’s one of those just going through the motions days… I feel no impetus to do anything, really. I will do my daily challenges but I am just not feeling connected to anything. I’m not even adrift because that implies movement. I’m more like the layer of soapy looking scum on stagnant water.

Good news: I have a hermit crab story out this week in Bending Genres - The 15 Lists to Add to Your Apocalypse Bullet Journal. I really enjoyed writing it and I am really glad someone wanted to publish it. I got a wonderful acceptance this morning so that was a good thing I really needed today. I also treated myself to a new Koa ukulele and that came in last night.

I will dwell on the good things and let the emptiness be filled with them.
