Shinkichi - the one and only microbrew in my town

About two years ago a microbrewery opened in my little city. It’s amazing! He uses all natural ingredients usually grown in this prefecture. 

We’ve been coming to his place since he opened.

The brewer likes to experiment. We have had hojicha, yuzu, sansho, mountain vegetable, and so much more.

These are just a couple of beers he had on tap tonight. They were good.

It’s really wonderful to have a place like this in my city.
