New Year 2021
Wow! We made it!
I know nothing has really changed and that how we mark time is slightly arbitrary, but that delineation between years, especially these two years, is necessary for our mental health.
I spent my New Year’s Day making lego and watching Marvel movies. I totally spaced everything else. It’s been nice focusing on other things and not my anxiety and stress.
Also I have been doing a daily 5K since the 26th so that’s been fun,
I have lots of ideas about how this year should go. Will stay positive and keep working on my health and my creative self.
